Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej is an artisanal mezcal crafted in Oaxaca, Mexico using traditional production methods that preserve the spirit’s ancestral character. Made from Doba-Yej agave (a regional name for Espadín), the piñas are roasted in earthen pits, crushed, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in copper stills to create an authentic and expressive mezcal.

Approachable yet complex, this joven (unaged) mezcal offers balanced smokiness, roasted agave sweetness, and a clean mineral finish — making it an excellent introduction to traditional mezcal as well as a dependable choice for enthusiasts.
