Aged for 13 years in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in rare Sauternes wine casks, this single malt offers a distinctive balance of Islay’s signature smoky intensity and the luxurious sweetness of French dessert wine.

Inspired by the mythical harpy—half-human, half-bird—this expression brings together two worlds in perfect harmony: sweet and smoky, elegant and wild.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Oily peat, lemon peel, smoked herbs, and crème brûlée

• Palate: Rich and smooth with notes of dried apricot, tar, eucalyptus, and sweet peat
